Welcome to PVR Tour & Travels. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our cab and tour services. By booking or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Booking Policy

Advance bookings are recommended. For outstation trips, book at least 24-48 hours in advance. Booking confirmation requires 20% advance payment of the total fare. Balance payment can be made at the start of the journey or as agreed.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Local/Short trips: Free cancellation up to 2 hours before pickup. Late cancellations may incur charges.
• Outstation trips: 25% cancellation fee if cancelled 24+ hours before; 50% if within 24 hours; 100% for no-show.

Cancellations must be communicated via call or WhatsApp.

3. Payment Terms

We accept Cash, UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), and Bank Transfer. GST invoice will be provided on request. Advance can be paid via UPI or bank transfer.

4. Service Standards

All vehicles are well-maintained and AC-equipped. Drivers are experienced and courteous. We strive for on-time pickup. Delays due to traffic or unforeseen circumstances will be communicated promptly.

5. Customer Obligations

• Provide accurate pickup/drop locations and contact details
• Be ready at pickup point at scheduled time
• Maintain respectful conduct towards drivers
• Carry valid ID if required for outstation trips

6. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays/cancellations due to natural disasters, road blocks, political unrest, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to inform you and provide alternatives.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
